Processing time varies by product. Some popular styles can be shipped within 72 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays), while engraved or customized orders may require 15–20 working days.
In addition, certain design-based products require multiple modeling and production procedures, which may take 5–6 weeks to complete. Please refer to the product details page for the exact production timeline.

However, daily wear and tear, as well as contact with lotions or cleaning products, can loosen diamonds and gemstones, bend prongs, and wear down mountings. There are few things more mesmerizing than seeing your jewelry sparkle again after proper cleaning. The good news is that most jewelry is easy to maintain at home. Below are simple and safe ways to keep your jewelry clean, sanitized, and looking its best using everyday household products.
How to Store and Protect Your Jewelry
Jewelry should always be kept dry. Avoid wearing it while swimming, bathing, or engaging in sports. Do not expose your jewelry to extreme temperatures or sudden temperature changes. Recommended storage temperature ranges between 0°C and 60°C.
If your jewelry is not worn frequently, store it in the provided dust bag. High-quality storage boxes should be lined with tarnish-resistant fabric and include separate compartments for each piece. In humid climates, placing a small packet of desiccant crystals in your storage area is recommended. Avoid storing jewelry alongside rubber products.
Always remove jewelry before applying colognes, perfumes, lotions, or other chemical products.
Chlorine—especially at elevated temperatures—can permanently damage or discolor gold jewelry. Clean gold or vermeil jewelry gently with a soft polishing cloth. Avoid excessive polishing, particularly on vermeil pieces, as it may damage the surface finish.
How to Clean Your Jewelry

For diamond jewelry, regardless of metal type, the most effective cleaning method is to soak the jewelry in a solution of warm (almost hot) water and dishwashing soap for 20–40 minutes. Gently brush the stones with a very soft toothbrush, then rinse thoroughly under warm running water. Repeat if necessary. Take care not to brush too vigorously, as excessive force may loosen stones.
Important Note: Customized photo jewelry should not be soaked in water. These products feature a glass layer on the surface with photo paper underneath. Water exposure may seep inside and damage the photo. For customized photo designs, gently clean the surface only using a soft toothbrush or cloth.
Residue buildup can make jewelry look dull and feel unclean. Remove rings before cooking or applying thick lotions. Oils can accumulate within settings and may discolor jewelry—especially white gold or K gold pieces.

Hand Sanitizer and Your Jewelry
While hand sanitizer is widely used, it’s important to understand its impact on jewelry. Health and safety always come first. Generally, hand sanitizer is safe for hard stones and precious metals such as silver, platinum, titanium, and plated rings.
However, jewelry containing soft stones—such as pearls or opals—may be damaged or dulled by alcohol-based sanitizers. If your jewelry includes soft stones, we recommend removing it before applying hand sanitizer.
