Name / Initial personalization: 10–20 business days

Pattern / artwork customization: approximately 5–7 business days

Fully customized new bag designs: approximately 4–6 weeks
For customized bags with longer production cycles, we will provide production progress updates during manufacturing.
Customized bags (including names, initials, numbers, or artwork) are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
All products undergo strict quality inspection and craftsmanship review before shipment.
