📢 Dear Customers:
Please note that customized and designed products require a production period. If you are sensitive to waiting time, we recommend choosing in-stock items (marked as “Goods In Stock”), such as Cuban chains and tennis chains. If you are unsure about delivery time, please contact us via email or social media before placing an order.

⏳ Customization Time:

• Letter / name customization: 10–20 days

• Photo customization: about 5 days

• New custom designs: approximately 5–6 weeks

For products with longer production cycles, we will provide production progress updates during manufacturing. Please note that customized products with letters, numbers, or photos are non-refundable, as they cannot be resold. We guarantee strict quality control and careful craftsmanship before shipment.

Production time is clearly stated on each product page. Please review carefully before purchasing. If you cannot wait, we recommend ordering in-stock products only.

🚫 Chargeback Reminder:
Please do not initiate a chargeback due to waiting time. If you have concerns, contact our customer service first and we will assist you according to our policy.

• Customized and DIY products are non-returnable

• Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags

• Refunds are issued within 1–2 business days after approval
