1. How long until I receive my jewelry?

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing time varies by product. Some popular styles can be shipped within 72 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays), while engraved or customized orders may require 15–20 working days.

In addition, certain design-based products require multiple modeling and production procedures, which may take 5–6 weeks to complete. Please refer to the product details page for the exact production timeline.

Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. For more details, please refer to the Shipping & Delivery information below.

  • If you choose to pay by credit card or PayPal, your order will be confirmed in real time on our website.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


2. Where do you ship to, and how much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping (8–12 business days)

  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over $69

Standard Shipping (8–12 business days)

  • Orders below $69 are subject to a $9.99 shipping fee

Express Shipping (5–8 business days)

  • Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee (pricing displayed during checkout).


3. Where can I receive my order?

Your order can be delivered to any address you select, such as your home or workplace.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.


4. Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

No. The delivery country must be the same country where the order was placed.


5. Can I track my order?

Yes. You can check your order status in the “My Orders” section of “My Account.”
If you placed your order as a guest, simply click the “Order Information” link in your order confirmation email to track your shipment.


6. Will choosing express shipping shorten the production cycle?

No. Express shipping only shortens the transportation time, not the production time.
If your order includes items that require production or customization, express shipping will not reduce the manufacturing period—only the delivery time after shipment.
