1. How do I use the Currency Conversion on the Website?

All prices listed on our website default to USD (U.S. Dollar).

If you are using an international credit card, the exchange rate is determined by your card-issuing bank. For detailed conversion information, please contact your bank directly.

Would you like an approximate cost in your local currency?
Our website allows you to switch currencies for reference. Simply visit the KUMAPOP homepage, locate the currency selector in the upper-right corner next to “(USD)”, click the drop-down menu, and choose your preferred currency. Prices in your shopping cart will then be displayed in the selected currency.

2. Does KUMAPOP issue refunds?

Yes. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order once it has been canceled.

Out-of-Stock Items:
If any item in your order becomes unavailable and cannot be restocked within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

Please Note:
Refund processing may take 2–5 business days, and it may take 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

3. What if my credit card was declined?

If your payment is unsuccessful or your card is declined, you will be prompted to enter a new card number or choose an alternative payment method before completing your purchase.

5. “Discount Code” and “Credit Code”

You can apply a discount code or credit code during checkout. After entering your code, please click “Apply”, and the discount will be automatically reflected in your order total. If you proceed without clicking “Apply,” the discount will not be applied.

Please enter the discount code exactly as provided, without any spaces before, within, or after the code. We recommend copying and pasting the code to avoid errors.
Only one discount code may be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined.
